Nicholas D’Andrea “Nick” holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Scranton and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Scranton. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Philadelphia, then spent seven years in Transaction Advisory Services roles within the TAS groups at CFGI and RSM, as well as at a boutique suburban Philadelphia M&A firm. In these roles, he advised private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers and developed a comprehensive understanding of the M&A lifecycle. He later transitioned into investment banking at a boutique suburban Philadelphia M&A firm, where he helped scale the practice’s revenue by more than 400%.
Over the course of his career, Nick has advised on 125+ lower middle-market M&A transactions through a financial due diligence lens, leveraging his accounting and finance foundation to help clients navigate the deal process from preparation through close. With an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age, he has a deep appreciation for the personal and emotional weight business owners carry when considering a sale, and he approaches each engagement with respect, clarity, and an unwavering focus on protecting the legacy behind every decision.
Nick is active in the Philadelphia chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). He was selected to participate in ACGU, ACG’s selective training and development program for emerging M&A professionals. He is also a co-founder of the Cody Baraase Foundation.
Nick resides in Moosic, Pennsylvania with his wife, Alesia, and daughter, Athena, and is expecting a son. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, golf, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and 76ers.
